1Acceptance of Terms

Deposits are credited to your account balance in PHP. There is no currency conversion step and no exchange rate applied to deposits or withdrawals made through supported local channels.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the original deposit where technically possible. crossbet may request additional identity verification documentation before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard fraud prevention and anti-money laundering measure.

5Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

10Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

crossbet's decision on any dispute regarding game outcomes, technical errors, or platform functionality — made after a good-faith internal review — shall be final unless determined otherwise through a formal legal process.

11Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your crossbet account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any pending verification requirements.

crossbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence of:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, including use of false identity documents during KYC verification.
• Abuse of promotions or bonuses.
• Suspected money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Account registration by a person under the age of 21.

Where an account is closed by crossbet due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in that account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

12Privacy and Data

KYC verification requires submission of personal identification documents. These are handled securely and used solely for the purposes of identity verification and fraud prevention. crossbet does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
